A seasoned mining executive with over 30 years’ experience, having acted in technical, management & executive positions and directorships with several publicly listed and private mineral resource companies. Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and involved in the successful exploration and project development of world class precious and base metal deposits, primarily in Asia and South America. A key member of the exploration team that discovered the Deep MLZ Deposit (Indonesia) located in the Grasberg District, approximately 1,500 meters below surface and with a block cave reserve of 509MT @ 0.85% Cu, 0.72g/t Au. Annual Production is 500Mlbs copper and 560Koz gold.
Mitchel Lavery

Mitchel Lavery has over 45 years experience in exploration and development of mining projects with a number of junior and major mining companies. Mr. Lavery was instrumental in the discovery of the Bell Creek Gold Mine in Timmins, ON; the development and operation of the Joubie Gold Mine, Val-d’Or, QC; and the acquisition and development of the Quebec Lithium property, Lacorne, QC. He is the President and a director of Seahawk Gold Corp. and is a Qualified Person under NI-43-101 regulations.

Jeremy Okolisan

Jeremy Okolisan is a Professional Engineer with 20+ years of experience in the mining industry, and holds an MBA from Queens University. As Vice President Business Development for the Americas Mining division at Worley, he is responsible for client management and strategic projects in the Americas. Mr Okolisan has sold over $1.5B of EPCM services for Tier 1 clients Vale, Rio Tinto, Barrick, Newmont, Teck, Norilsk, FQM as well as numerous Tier 2, juniors and exploration clients.
Dave Frost
Dave Frost has more than 30 years of minerals processing expertise including several year of hands on production experience and more recently in senior management engineering and consulting roles. He has strong experience in comminution, precious and base metals process plant design. He also has experience in due diligence and compliance inclusive of NI-43101 reporting and QP signoff. Residing in Canada since 2014, Mr. Frost’s global experience includes residential roles in the Fiji Islands, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil and Chile.
Alex Pernin

Alex Pernin is a Professional Geologist and is the CEO of Star Royalties. Previously responsible for capital allocation, and corporate development at Barrick Gold. $6.5B Randgold Resources acquisition and the $5B Barrick Gold–Newmont Mining Nevada Joint Venture. Prior to Barrick Gold, Mr. Pernin was in equity research at Canaccord Genuity where he covered junior and mid-cap precious metals. Mr. Pernin was previously in operations with Freeport McMoRan and in exploration across Canada.
Peter Bures

Peter Bures is a Geological and Mineral Engineer with 20+ years of mining and metals capital market expertise. Mr Bures is Chief Business Development Officer at Star Royalties, his previous experience includes Director of Global Mining Sales at BMO Capital Markets (New York) and Portfolio Management at Sentry Investments where he co-managed several top-ranked funds. He also held various equity research roles, most recent VP Analyst at Canaccord Genuity, HSBC (New York and Toronto) and Orion Securities. Mr. Bures began his career as a mining engineer at Placer Dome.
John Seaman
Mr. Seaman has more than 22 years of experience in the mining industry, with significant corporate and transactional experience in relation to gold projects. He served as CFO and Director for Premier Gold Mines from 2006-2012 and lead Director until 2021 when it was acquired by Equinox Gold Corp. in a C$612M all stock deal. In addition, serving as CFO of Pediment Goldcorp (2007-2011) and CFO/Director at Wolfden Resources Inc. until all three were acquired. Mr. Seaman is currently a Director of I-80 Gold Corp. with assets in Nevada, a leading Canadian gold company with a market capitalization of ~C$705m. Mr. Seaman is an ICD.D member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
